By downloading or using Weatherie, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Weatherie.
Use License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the app for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Purchases and Credits
Weatherie offers optional in-app purchases. You may buy credit packs, which are consumable and can be spent to unlock premium themes; any purchase also removes ads permanently. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable between devices or people except where we provide a mechanism to do so. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; refunds are handled according to those stores' policies and any rights you have under applicable law. Prices and the credits granted per pack may change over time.
Weather Data
Forecasts and weather information in Weatherie are provided by third-party data sources and are supplied "as is". Weather is inherently uncertain — do not rely on the app for decisions where inaccurate or delayed information could cause harm to persons or property. Always consult official sources for severe-weather and safety-critical decisions.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the service at any time for any reason without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
